World Longest Hockey Game Charity Concert

Good day parents of CMHA.

As some are aware we are playing the World’s Longest Hockey Game May 4-14 at the Chestermere Rec Centre with hopes of raising $2M towards the Alberta Children’s Hospital and Southern Alberta Flood Relief. We played this game back in 2012 and were just shy of $1.7M.

Below is a night planned on day 6 of our game on the red rink while we are playing on the blue side.

Please note we are still waiting on a couple big acts to add to the ...poster (waiting on signed contracts). We only have 600 tickets to sell and I hope you are there in support of the players that night.

Here are some of the rules of the longest game:
2 teams 20VS20
Game is 248hrs longs (11 days nonstop)
Once the puck is dropped please cant switch teams for the 11 days
Should a player get injured or sick they can’t be replaced by anyone
Once the game starts players can’t leave the rink until game is complete
Each player will play 16-18hrs each day with about 30min of sleep for the 11 days
