Chestermere Minor Hockey

REFUNDS

 

Chestermere Minor Hockey will only process refunds from June 1st - August 31st and then once again from November 1st - January 10th.  The dates in between we are busy registering children and teams and cannot process refunds.

Refund request MUST be emailed to registrar@chestermereminorhockey.com AND treasurer@chestermereminorhockey.com

Pro rated refunds are available after the time the child starts minor hockey up to December 31st.  After December 31st NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED

Also please note;
        >        If the player has played at all ever in CMHA - Late Fees are not refunded
        >        If the player has participated in the tryout process at all - the Tryout Fee will not be refunded
        >        We do take off a $100 Administration Fee to cover fees, expenses and time to process refunds.
        >        Any registration payment made by credit card will be subject to the $100 Administrative Fee, and all credit card fees associated with using a credit card.
        >        Funds provided through outside funding sources will not be refunded to the family but to that outside funding source.
